Route Sales Specialist – Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists – Central Arkansas

AWRS of St Louis, is seeking an ambitious Route Sales Specialist for the Little Rock Metro Area. We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for aggressive self-starter for this Chrome Route Sales position. This role will provide the right individual with a chance to work for a dynamic company in a fast-paced, growing industry with numerous advancement opportunities.

Description:

The Route Sales Specialist is responsible to call on assigned customers and develop strong relationships with automobile dealerships. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
Call on assigned customers to sell and install automotive Chrome Accessories Solicit new business in assigned territory
Develop business-to-business relationships
Up sell additional products and services to existing customers
Partner with customers to implement mutual beneficial promotions

Requirements:

The successful Chrome Route Sales Specialist will have a High School Diploma; some college or college education is preferred.

This person will be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills. Other requirements include:

  • Ability to develop relationships and provide a high level of customer service Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Must follow all DOT regulations and be able to pass a DOT physical
  • Ability to lift/carry 50lbs

Paint Repair Technician Assistant

Position Description

Assist the Paint Repair Technician with customer service and cosmetic automotive paint repairs for automobile dealerships and Cosmetic Automotive Repair Centers. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

Prepare surfaces to be painted with power tools and work aids utilizing specific surface preparation techniques.
Paint automotive surfaces using spray-painting equipment and painting techniques. Mix paint to specified color using standard formulas or color charts

In addition, you will be expected to partner with the Paint Technician to accomplish desired business results. The technician in this position is expected to exercise independent judgment in developing automotive paint touchup and repair programs, marketing plans, operational processes and development needs to all levels of the company.

This is an entry level position. However, Dealers Trim believes in training and promoting from within. You will be trained for future advancement to become a Mobile Paint Repair Technician.

Requirements

The successful Paint Technician Assistant will have a High School Diploma or GED; experience in auto painting or prep is preferred, but not necessary. This person will be highly detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Other requirements include:

  • Ability to develop customer relationships and provide high level of customer service Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Must follow all DOT regulation and be able to pass a DOT physical
